Daily Tasks
Daily tasks refers to processes that must be performed by marketing staff on a daily basis. Take note that the tasks in this article do not necessarily match the SOP of a campus.
As a marketing staff, they are responsible to manage prospect and perform marketing activities. The list of tasks are like so:

Create prospect profile using Prospect Form – Marketing staff can create prospect profile in the system by filling in Prospect Form. One prospect form will create one prospect profile.

Create prospect profiles using Import Prospect feature – Marketing staff can create multiple prospect profiles at once. This is done by filling in a template file that staff can download from the system. The file is to be filled in and must be uploaded to the system.

Assign prospects to a marketing staff – The user can assign marketing staff to perform follow ups on prospects.

Record follow up activities – Once marketing staff has performed follow-ups either through phone or email, they are expected to record the activity in prospect profile.

Email a prospect from the system – Marketing staff can email prospects using Sqayy CMS.

Send an email attachment to a prospect from the system – Marketing staff would have to upload files to be attached with emails that they send to prospects.

Submit application form – Marketing staff can submit application form on behalf of prospects.

Process application – Marketing staff can decide whether applicant is eligible or not eligible to enrol.

Accept offer to enrol on behalf of applicant – Marketing staff can accept or decline enrolment offer on behalf of applicants.
Initial Setups Checklist
In Sqayy CMS, a single module such as Marketing is dependent on how other modules were configured. This means that the settings in General, Academic, Admissions and etc are related to how well the marketing module can function. As an integrated system, user needs to perform initial setups that are not in Settings > Marketing before marketing module can be rolled out.
Refer to the table below for the initial setups that must be completed in the correct sequence before user can proceed with using marketing module.
