The module helps campus to keep track of maintenance complaints and follow ups.
Daily tasks refers to processes that must be performed by maintenance staff on a daily basis. Take note that the tasks in this article do not necessarily match the SOP of a campus.
The daily tasks in the system are like so:
- Add maintenance case – complaints can be submitted through staff portal or student portal
- Follow up on maintenance case – keep track of progress. Students can see the status of their complaints whether it’s being entertained or not
