The module helps campus to keep track of facility bookings and approve facility requests. It’s a powerful module that helps a campus to fully utilise all available facilities.
The Facility module is integrated with Exam and Timetable module. The list of facilities will appear in the field venue when adding exam schedules and timetable schedule.
Slotting classes in Timetable module does not require approval from Facility Approver.
Daily Tasks
Daily tasks refers to processes that must be performed by facility staff on a daily basis. Take note that the tasks in this article do not necessarily match the SOP of a campus.
The daily tasks in the system are like so:
- Manage facility booking – book venues. The system has checking for venue and time clashing
- Approve or reject facility booking request – if turned on, Facility Approvers must approve a booking request before a venue can be booked
