This reminder popup appears in Application Form in the tab ‘Program’ in both staff portal and online application portal. The steps below will trigger the reminder:

  1. Staff create two application forms with the same ID No (Passport/IC No)
  2. In the first application form, intake 2018/01 is selected in tab ‘Program’
  3. For the second application form, the same intake is selected
  4. The reminder popup will appear

The system will not allow the submission of two application forms sharing the same id no and applying for the same intake. That would mean a student is applying for the same intake twice, which is not logical. If students want to apply for more programs in the same intake, staff must increase the number of program choice in settings.
