Staff can add the types of adjustment (also known as types of CN) made to invoice and payment. This helps staff to keep track of why an adjustment was performed.

Add Adjustment Types


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Adjustment Type > click Add New
  3. In the Code field, enter the adjustment code
  4. In the Name field, enter the adjustment type name
  5. In the Description field, describe adjustment type
  6. Set Status slider to Active
  7. Click Save

Update Adjustment Types


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Adjustment Type  > Click Update > Update the required fields
  3. Click Save

Delete Adjustment Types


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Adjustment Type > Click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
