Image 1: Letter Template Settings

System can auto generate letters and other forms for both applicants and students using letter templates. If ‘Auto-Send Offer Letter‘ is turned on, applicants can download offer letters and other forms through Online Application portal. The files can be downloaded if they are eligible for the program.

Add Letter Template


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Admissions
  2. Under Admissions, click Letter Templates
  3. Click Add New
  4. In the Name field, enter name of letter template
  5. In the Description field, describe the letter template
  6. In the Program field, select program
  7. In Message Body field, write the template. Click on the field Placeholder to select placeholders
  8. Set Status slider to Active or Inactive
  9. Click Save

Update Letter Template

  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Admissions
  2. Under Admissions, click Letter Templates
  3. Click Update
  4. Update the required fields
  5. Click Save

Delete Letter Template

  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Admissions
  2. Under Admissions, click Letter Templates
  3. Click Delete
  4. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
