This is the part where you add the list of agencies. When creating agents, you would have to select which agencies the agents are from.

Add Agencies


  1. Find Marketing on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Click Agencies
  2. Click Add New
  3. In the Registration No field, enter the agency registration number
  4. In the Name field, enter the agency name
  5. In the Phone field, enter the agency phone number
  6. In the Secondary Phone field, enter the secondary phone number, if any
  7. In Commission Rate field, enter the commission rate in percentage
  8. In Commission field, enter the commission value
  9. In Address Line 1 and Address Line 2 field, enter agency address
  10.  In City field, enter agency city
  11. In Country field, select agency country from drop down menu
  12. In State field, select agency state from drop down menu
  13. In Postcode field, enter agency postcode
  14. Click Save

Update Agencies


  1. Find Marketing on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Click Agencies
  2. Click Update icon > Update the required fields
  3. Click Save

Delete Agencies


  1. Find Marketing on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Click Agencies
  2. Click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
