Agents may have different position and rankings. Some agents might be Student Counselors. You can add the positions in Agent Position. Agent Positioare the options that appear in Position field found when user creates or updates agents.

Add Agent Position


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Marketing
  2. Under Marketing, click Agent Position > click Add New
  3. In the Code field, enter the agent position code
  4. In the Description field, enter the description of the agent position
  5. Set the Status slider to Active
  6. Click Save

Update Agent Position


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Marketing
  2. Under Marketing, click Agent Position > click Update > Update the required fields
  3. Click Save

Delete Agent Position


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Marketing
  2. Under Marketing, click Agent Position > click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
