Agents are recruitment staff employed by a campus to find more students. Some campuses give commission to agents based on how many students they have recruited paid for their tuition fees.

Add Agents


  1. Find Marketing on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Agents
  2. Click Add New
  3. In the Agency field, select agent’s agency
  4. In the Position field, select agent’s position
  5. In the Name field, enter agent’s name
  6. In the Email fieldenter agent’s email
  7. In the Phone fieldenter agent’s phone number
  8. In the Secondary Phone fieldenter agent’s secondary phone number
  9. In the Commission Rate field, enter agent’s commission rate
  10. In the Commission  field, enter agent’s commission
  11. Click Save

Update Agents


  1. Find Marketing on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Agents
  2. Click Update > Update the required fields
  3. Click Save

Delete Agents


  1. Find Marketing on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Agents
  2. Click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
