Document types are the items that would appear in Settings > Admission > Document Checklist > Manage Revision > Add New. Examples of document types are IC no, passport. SPM result and acknowledgement letter.

Add Document Types


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Admissions
  2. Under Admissions, click Document Types > click Add New
  3. In the Code field, enter the document type code
  4. In the Name field, enter the document type name
  5. In the Description field, describe the document type
  6. Set Status slider to Active
  7. Click Save

Update Document Types


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Admissions
  2. Under Admissions, click Document Types > Click Update > Update the required fields
  3. Click Save

Delete Document Types


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Admissions
  2. Under Admissions, click Document Types > Click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
