Education level is recorded during application process. Examples of education level are SPM, STPM, A-level, and etc. Fixed education level cannot be amended by users.

Add Education Level


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Admissions
  2. Under Settings, click Admissions > click Add New
  3. In the Code field, enter the code
  4. In the Name field, enter  name
  5. Click Save

Update Education Level


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Admissions
  2. Under Settings click Admissions > Click Update > Update the required fields
  3. Click Save

Delete Education Level


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Admissions
  2. Under Admissions, click Education level > Click Delete
  3. Click Save

Add Subjects to Education Level


When an applicant selects SPM in application form, system requires user to key in subjects and grade. This is where user can add the list of SPM subjects for applicants to choose. Subjects can be added for all education level.

  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Admissions
  2. Under Settings click Admissions > Click Manage Course
  3. Click Add New
  4. In field Name, enter name of subject
  5. Set mandatory slider to Yes is the subject should appear in application form by default (meaning it has to be filled in by applicants)
  6. Set status slider to Yes
