Exam schedule must be created before campus can conduct exams. Staff needs to select time before selecting head of invigilator. This is to avoid clashing of invigilators.

All courses registered have a scheduled exam time determined by the day and start time of the course. User selects academic session for particular examination, faculty involved in examination and the date. The related list of courses will appear.

Students can view their exam schedule in their exam slip/docket.

Add Exam Schedule


  1. Find Exam on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Click Exam Schedules
  2. Click Add New
  3. On the screen, system displayed user input for Academic Session, Course and Faculty
  4. In Date field, select examination date for that particular course
  5. In Time field, select examination start time and finish time
  6. In Venue field, select examination venue
  7. In Head of Invigilator field, select head of invigilator name. The list of staff will not appear unless time and venue are entered
  8. In Remarks field, enter any important note
  9. In Select Student field, select student or click Select All to select all students. This field will be empty if there are no students registered to the course or the course has no final examination as part of its assessment
  10. Click Save

 

Update Exam Schedule


  1. Find Exam on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Click Exam Schedules
  2. Click Exam Schedule
  3. Click Update
  4. Fill and change required field
  5. Click Save

Delete Exam Schedule


  1. Find Exam on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Click Exam Schedules
  2. Click Exam Schedule
  3. Click Delete
  4. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
