This is where user must add the list of staff who can approve or reject the booking and booking cancellations of facilities. Approval requests are sent through email.

Add Facility Approver


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Facilities
  2. Under Facilities, click Facility Approver > click Add New
  3. In Staff field, select particular staff who is going to be an approver
  4. In Description field, enter description of facility approver
  5. Set Status slider to Active, if any
  6. Click Save

Update Facility Approver


  1. Find Setting on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Facilities
  2. Under Facilities, click Facility Approver > click Update
  3. Update the required fields
  4. Click Save

Delete Facility Approver


  1. Find Setting on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Facilities
  2. Under Facilities, click Facility Approver > click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
