Facility types must be added before user can proceed with creating facilities. Example of facility types are classrooms, auditoriums, meeting room, computer lab, kitchen, salons, chemistry lab and etc.

Please note that once a facility type is being used, system will disable the delete button.

Add Facility Type


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Facilities
  2. Under Facilities, click Facility Type > click Add New
  3. In Name field, enter name of facility type
  4. In Description field, enter description of facility type
  5. Set Status slider to Active, if any
  6. Click Save

Update Facility Type


  1. Find Setting on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Facilities
  2. Under Facilities, click Facility Type > click Update
  3. Update the required fields
  4. Click Save

Delete Facility Type


  1. Find Setting on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Facilities
  2. Under Facilities, click Facility Type > click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
