An installment debt is a loan that is repaid by the borrower in regular installments. Installment debt is generally repaid in equal monthly payments that include interest and a portion of principal. Student required to pay the study fees on monthly installment basis until the loan is disbursed. Monthly payment is issued based on university requirement.

In Sqayy CMS, a single installment can only have one account code. User can tie students to multiple installment plan if they wish to do so. A single installment plan can be updated or revised over the years. Therefore, there can be many versions of an installment plan.

Once user have created an installment, the next step is to add the bills by month.

Add Installment


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Click Installment
  3. Click Add New
  4. In the Code fieldenter installment code
  5. In the Name fieldenter installment name
  6. In the Program fieldselect program
  7. Set Status slider to Active, if any
  8. Click Save

Update Installment


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Click Installment
  3. Click Update
  4. Fill and change any required field
  5. Click Save

Delete Installment


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Click Installment
  3. Click Delete
  4. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
