Staff may want to keep track of student’s sponsor status. Sponsor status is how staff can tell if a student is applying for a sponsorship, is an active sponsored student or whether the sponsorship was terminated. The Sponsor Status page is where staff can add the list of sponsor status into the system.

Add Sponsor Status


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Sponsor Status > click Add New
  3. In Code field, enter sponsor status code
  4. In Name field, enter type of sponsor status
  5. In Description field, enter description sponsor status
  6. Set Status slider to Active, if any

Update Sponsor Status


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Sponsor Status > click Update
  3. Fill and change required field
  4. Click Save

Delete Sponsor Status


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Sponsor Status > click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
