Staff can add the list of sponsors into the system in Sponsor page. Staff must first create sponsor status before adding sponsors into the system.

This is also the page where staff can configure barring for sponsored students. Sponsored barring is developed so sponsored students won’t be barred.

Add Sponsor


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Sponsor > click Add New
  3. In the Code field, enter the Code
  4. In the Name field, enter the Name
  5. In the Address field, enter address for sponsor’s HQ
  6. In field Contact Person, enter contact person’s name
  7. In field Contact Number, enter contact phone number
  8. In field Staff in charge, select staff in charge of the sponsor
  9. In field GPA, enter minimum GPA requirement
  10. In field description, describe the sponsor
  11. In Chart of Account, select an account code for barring
  12. In field Student Min Outstanding, enter the minimum outstanding for the barring of sponsored students
  13. Set Status slider to Active
  14. Click Save

Update Sponsor


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Sponsor > Click Update > Update the required fields
  3. Click Save

Delete Sponsor


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Sponsor> Click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
