This is where user adds the list of staff who can approve void, adjustments and refunds. Transaction approval requests are automatically sent through emails.

Add Transaction Approver


  1. Find Setting on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Approver> click Add New
  3. In Staff Name field, select staff name to be approver
  4. In Description field, enter approver description
  5. Set Status slider to Active, if any
  6. Click Save

Update Transaction Approver


  1. Find Setting on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Approver> click Update
  3. Fill and change the required field
  4. Click Save

Delete Transaction Approver


  1. Find Setting on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Approver > click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
