This is where user adds the list of staff who can approve void, adjustments and refunds. Transaction approval requests are automatically sent through emails.
Add Transaction Approver
- Find Setting on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
- Under Finance, click Approver> click Add New
- In Staff Name field, select staff name to be approver
- In Description field, enter approver description
- Set Status slider to Active, if any
- Click Save
Update Transaction Approver
- Find Setting on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
- Under Finance, click Approver> click Update
- Fill and change the required field
- Click Save
Delete Transaction Approver
- Find Setting on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
- Under Finance, click Approver > click Delete
- On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
