Application form setting found in Settings > General > Admission allows staff to set which fields in the application form to appear and which form should be mandatory.

Application form can be accessed from two places. One is from Online Application portal while the second one is accessible from Admissions > Applicant > Add New.

Show Field


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Admissions
  2. Under Admissions, click Application Form
  3. Set Show slider to Yes
  4. Click Save

Mandatorize Field


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Admissions
  2. Under Admissions, click Application Form
  3. Set Mandatory slider to Yes
  4. Click Save
