Email feature allows staff to send emails to prospects directly from the system with attachments.

How It Works

In order to access Email Prospect feature, user must first access to page.

  1. Find Marketing on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen
  2. Click Prospect > click Prospecting
  3. Navigate to Student Profile located on the left side of the screen
  4. Under Marketing, click Emails
  5. Click on Add New to compose new email to prospect
  6. In the Subject field, enter the email subject
  7. In the Message field, compose email to prospect
  8. In the Attachment field, tick attachment, if any
  9. Click Save
