Letter feature found in Student Profile > Admission > Letter allows staff to generate a letter set in Admission Letter Template. This allows staff to download the letter or copy the letter and email it to students.
Add Admission Letter
- Go to Student Profile and click Admission > Letter > Add New
- Select Letter Template
- Click Generate
Generate Admission Letter
- Go to Student Profile and click Admission > Letter > View
- User will be transported to a new tab or a new window where they can save the letter by pressing ctrl + P > Save
- User can then send the letter through email
Delete Admission Letter
- Go to Student Profile and click Admission > Letter
- Click Delete
- On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
