Image 1: Credit Hour Completed Settings

Credit hour completed is where staff can set which credit hour should the system use in automatic GPA calculation based on course status. If user set GPA Counted to NO for course status ‘Completed for credit Not Counted’, system will not calculate the credit hour of completed subjects for credit not counted.

How It Works

  1. Click Settings on the navigation bar > Go to Academic Credit Hour Completed
  2. Click Update
  3. For credit taken, set the GPA counted to Yes if any, and select the relevant course status
  4. Repeat step 4 for credit earned and not counted
  5. Click Save
