Staff keep track of students with credit transfer and credit exemption.

Add Credit Exempted Course


  1. Go to Profile > Academic > Credit Transfer
  2. Under Credit Exemption, click Add New
  3. Select Course
  4. Select Grade
  5. Select Institution, if any
  6. Enter remarks, if any
  7. Click Add to add more courses (subjects)
  8. Click Delete to delete course
  9. Click Save

Add Credit Transferred Course


  1. Go to Profile > Academic > Credit Transfer
  2. Under Credit Transfer, click Add New
  3. Select Course
  4. Select Grade
  5. Select Institution, if any
  6. Enter remarks, if any
  7. Click Add to add more courses (subjects)
  8. Click Delete to delete course
  9. Click Save

Delete Credit Transferred/Exempted Course


  1. Go to Profile > Academic > Credit Transfer
  2. Under Credit Transfer or Credit Exempted, click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
