Hostel fee structure is has the same concept as regular fee structure. The only difference is that auto billing from fee structure is triggered during intake registration and semester registration while auto hostel billing from hostel fee structure is triggered when staff manually bills residents using Hostel Bill feature.

Add Hostel Fee Structure


  1. On navigation bar, click Settings
  2. Under Hostel, click Fee Structure
  3. Click Add New
  4. In field Name, enter the name of fee structure
  5. In column Account, select account
  6. In column Amount Local, enter the bill amount for local residents
  7. In column Amount International, enter the bill amount for international residents
  8. Click Add More to add more rows
  9. Click Delete to remove rows
  10. Click Save

Update Hostel Fee Structure


  1. On navigation bar, click Settings
  2. Under Hostel, click Fee Structure
  3. Click Update
  4. Update required fields
  5. Click Save

Delete Hostel Fee Structure


  1. On navigation bar, click Settings
  2. Under Hostel, click Fee Structure
  3. Click Delete
  4. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
