Hostel general settings is where user can configure the email address that receives notifications whenever residents request for room change through their portal.

How It Works

  1. Log in > Click Settings on navigation bar
  2. Under Hostel, click General
  3. Click Update
  4. Enter email address in field Helpdesk Email
  5. Click Save
