Marketing status is required for follow-up activities. Marketing status helps staff to keep track of prospect’s status. Examples of marketing status are follow-up, new, enrolled and etc. If staff performed follow up and the prospect is not interested, marketing staff can set the status of the prospect to Not Interested.
Add Marketing Status
- Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Marketing
- Under Marketing, click Marketing Statuses > click Add New
- In the Code field, enter the marketing status code
- In the Name field, enter type of marketing status
- In the Description field, describe the marketing status
- Click Save
Update Marketing Status
- Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Marketing
- Under Marketing, click Marketing Statuses > Click Update > Update the required fields
- Click Save
Delete Marketing Status
- Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Marketing
- Under Marketing, click on Marketing Statuses > Click Delete
- On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
