Marketing status is required for follow-up activities. Marketing status helps staff to keep track of prospect’s status. Examples of marketing status are follow-up, new, enrolled and etc. If staff performed follow up and the prospect is not interested, marketing staff can set the status of the prospect to Not Interested.

Add Marketing Status


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Marketing
  2. Under Marketing, click Marketing Statuses > click Add New
  3. In the Code field, enter the marketing status code
  4. In the Name field, enter type of marketing status
  5. In the Description field, describe the marketing status
  6. Click Save

Update Marketing Status


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Marketing
  2. Under Marketing, click Marketing Statuses > Click Update > Update the required fields
  3. Click Save

Delete Marketing Status


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Marketing
  2. Under Marketing, click on Marketing Statuses > Click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
