The rights to Manage Online Payment in Qayyum are reserved to Administrators or a privileged employee (Settings privilege must be provided).

Manage Online Payment

Add Online Payment

  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Online Payment > click Add New
  3. In Codefield, enter online payment code
  4. In Namefield, enter online payment name
  5. Set Status slider to Active, if any
  6. Click Save

Update Online Payment

  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Online Payment > click Update
  3. Update the required fields
  4. Click Save

Warning: Status of online payment can be updated directly from list of online payment by setting the slider to Active or Inactive.

Delete Online Payment

  1. Find Setting on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance
  2. Under Finance, click Onine Payment > click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete

Manage Online Payment Item

Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Finance. Under Finance, click Online Payment > click Manage Item

Add Online Payment Item

  1. Click Add New to add new item
  2. In Namefield, enter item name
  3. In Valuefield, enter value of item
  4. Click Add More to add more item
  5. Click Save

Update Online Payment Item

  1. Click Update
  2. Update the required fields
  3. Click Save

Delete Online Payment Item

  1. Click Delete
  2. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
