Transaction approval is used to provide access to specific users known as transaction approvers for the approval of transactions such as cancellation of invoice/paymentadjustments and refunds. Transaction approvers receive automatic email notifications when staff choose to adjust a bill, refund payment or void bills/payment.

Transaction approval will have an access to the Transaction Approval feature and able to receive notification of pending transaction approval once user make adjustment on student transaction. However, this is only applicable if Transaction Approval setting in Setting > Finance  > General is activated.

Approve Transaction


  1. Find Finance on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen
  2. Under Finance, click Approvals
  3. Select student name, click approve

Disapprove Transaction


  1. Find Finance on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen
  2. Under Finance, click Approvals
  3. Select student name, click reject
