An online application portal account must be created before proceeding with filling in an online application form for intake registration. The details that must be filled in are Name, Email, ID Number (which can be IC No, Passport No, etc) and Phone Number. Once an applicant has created an online application account, the data will appear in Marketing > Prospects. Once submitted, it will appear in Marketing > Applications and Admission > Applications.
Once logged in, applicant would have to change their password. Please note that if an applicant is not accepted during their first application, the applicant can log in using the same online application account to submit another application form for the next intake registration. System will also automatically send email notifications based on several events such as when an application form is submitted and when applicant is successfully accepted.
