Staff can manually key in student ID after students are registered. This would usually be done if staff don’t want system to automatically generate student ID during registration. Some colleges do not have the authority to generate student ID, where they have to follow the student ID given by external parties.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Find a student profile by searching a student name
  2. Click Academic on secondary navigation bar
  3. Click Programs
  4. Click Update
  5. In field Student No, enter student ID no
  6. Click Save
