Sqayy Usage Report or Implementation Report is a report that your management can refer to track the progress of Sqayy’s implementation in your campus.

This report is prepared by your staff who oversees the software implementation.

The report may differ according to the needs of your campus but the recommended format are as follows:

  • Start with the outcome
  • Follow with the available features that can meet those outcomes
  • End with what your staff need to do

This report is useful so your management can get an idea of what their staff should do so the system can meet their goals for their organisation. The implementation score is based on percentage on the scale of 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% usage.
