Student ID may not appear after staff registers students for a number of reason. Staff may use the Update Student ID feature to manually enter student id.

During registration, staff did not set the Generate Student ID slider to Yes.

Staff did not enter any value for campus prefix, faculty prefix, intake prefix and program prefix.

Empty Format


Staff did not put any placeholder in field ‘Format’.
